The proceedings of the Conference wil be published by the

Cambridge University Press

The page limit is

8 pages for invited and solicited talks
6 for contributed talks
4 for posters

Instructions for Authors

The articles must be prepared with LateX2e, using

the document class (cupbook.cls),

the example file Xraypol.tex. A pdf file of the example is also available (Xraypol.pdf)

Figures must be provided in black & white versions as postscript or encapsulated postscript files. Colour version of figures can be posted on the Cambridge web pages if they are submitted in addition to the grayscale versions.

Please name the manuscript with the surname of first author, i.e. firstauthor.tex. If you have both a talk and a poster, name the files as firstauthor_t.tex and firstauthor_p.tex.

The figures should be called, and referred to in the tex file, as firstauthor_f1.eps, firstauthor_f2.eps etc (or firstauthor_t_f1.eps etc.)

All the above files can be retrieved as a unique package (XraypolMacros-Ver-1-1.zip. Updated version).

Contributor copyright

Authors have to complete the copyright form (PDF) with chapter title, author name and mailing address, signature and date.

The form has to be signed by the first author of the article and the words "on behalf of the contributing authors" have to be written below the signature line.

The completed forms has to be returned by fax to the nr. +39 06 49934188 (<- new)

Submission

Authors are invited to submit

the .tex file of the manuscript

poscript file of the figures

PDF file of the complete contribution

in one email message, as an attachment, to xraypol at iasf-roma.inaf.it.

Deadline

The deadline for the paper submission is set to

31 May 2009
